Arcane

1. Nature of the Product

Arcane is an exclusive, invite-only script designed to be executed within third-party Roblox executors. Arcane is not a downloadable software, executor, or standalone application. We only provide the Lua script environment to be loaded into your executor of choice.

2. Information Collection

To maintain the security, exclusivity, and integrity of Arcane, we actively collect and log specific user data. By using Arcane, you consent to the collection of:

Your registered Email Address.
Your IP Address (logged securely for connection verification).
Your Hardware ID (HWID), used exclusively for locking access to your specific device.
Basic system and usage information directly related to script execution and authentication.

3. Access & Account Deletion

Arcane is strictly invite-only. Possessing an account does not guarantee permanent access. You must maintain an active subscription to utilize the script.

Strict 24-Hour Policy: If a new account is created via an invite code and does not purchase or redeem an active subscription within 24 hours of creation, the account will be permanently deleted with no chance of reversal. Furthermore, the user who generated the invite code will be heavily penalized and blacklisted from receiving any invites in future invite waves.

4. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in an immediate, irreversible ban from Arcane:

Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, deobfuscate, crack, log HTTP requests, or otherwise reverse engineer the Arcane script, API, or authentication methods.
Account & Key Sharing: Sharing your account credentials, your active subscription keys, or attempting to bypass the HWID lock to allow others to use your access.
Leaking & Media Sharing: Sharing any type of source code, screenshots, video previews, or full codes of our private sources, scripts, or internal interfaces without explicit permission.
Malicious Intent: Using Arcane to attack, DDOS, or otherwise harm the Arcane infrastructure or its users.

5. Bans and Terminations

We reserve the right to ban any account at our sole discretion if we suspect a violation of these terms. All bans are final and permanent.

If you are banned, your account data is blacklisted. You are strictly forbidden from creating a new account, using a different invite code, or utilizing the script ever again. Any attempt to evade a ban will result in immediate termination of the new account and punishment of the inviter.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and exclusive access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial or full, under any circumstances, including but not limited to: game updates breaking functionality, your preferred executor ceasing to function, or account termination due to a violation of these Terms of Service.

7. Liability

You use Arcane entirely at your own risk. The developers, administrators, and staff of Arcane are not responsible for any actions taken against your Roblox account, including temporary suspensions or permanent bans. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the stability, safety, or detection status of the third-party executor you choose to inject our script with.
